The Complete Chairs Program course covers all Chair exercises in the Pilates repertoire, starting with the basic levels and progressing to the advanced levels.
Our program is designed to give you a solid foundation in Pilates Chair work, including the “electric” chair and “wunda” chair. Discover how to safely and effectively lead clients through each exercise and modify exercises to meet individual needs and abilities.
Dr. Melinda Bryan will guide you through every step of the way, with in-depth video demonstrations to help you master each exercise. Upon completing the advanced level course, you’ll be well-prepared to pass your Pilates Chairs exam and start teaching confidently.
