It includes an amazing variety of challenging exercises for the average individual, with or without injury, as well as routines and individual exercises for even the most progressive athletes, using the Cadillac system to its fullest. Complete all 3 Cadillac courses and receive the “Cadillac Course Completion Certificate” immediately upon passing the final course test online.
