
Pilates Cadillac Intermediate expands Cadillac programming to incorporate more challenging exercises and patterns of movement with full use of the apparatus. In later years Joseph Pilates added exercise routines on the Cadillac to include programming for his many famous clients and athletes including boxers, fencers, dancers, skiers and others. Focus on control and concentration. Develop the skills needed for the most performed Cadillac routines and prepare to move into the advanced work. Complete the intermediate course and progress to the advanced course needed in order to receive the “Cadillac Course Completion Certificate.”
