These Pilates certification terms of service govern your use of PilatesCertificationOnline.com and all services provided by Pilates Certification Online (PCO). By accessing our courses, manuals, subscriptions, or services, you agree to these Pilates certification terms of service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PilatesCertificationOnline.com (the "Site") and any courses, manuals, subscriptions, or services provided by PCO ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms of service. You also agree to our Refund & Returns Policy, incorporated by reference.

2. Who We Are & What We Offer

PCO provides digital courses, certification tests, and instant-download manuals (EPUB/PDF), with a 12-month Certification Subscription and a Membership Plan (initial sign-up fee + $999/month). Physical merchandise (e.g., hardcover manuals, CDs, clothing) is available occasionally and not a primary focus. Digital products are delivered instantly unless stated otherwise.

3. Health Disclaimer & Age Requirement

All Pilates certification materials are for educational purposes only, not medical advice or a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program. You must be 18 or older to use the Site or register; by using it, you confirm this.

4. Accounts & Security

• Keep your login information confidential.
• Do not share accounts or allow unauthorized access.
• Report suspected misuse to info@pilatescertificationonline.com immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. License & Permitted Use

We grant a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access purchased content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, share, or create derivative works from our content.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• All digital products (courses, downloads, subscriptions, memberships) are strictly non-refundable.
• Certification subscriptions are binding contracts; the full term is due even if cancelled early.
• Memberships are billed monthly ($999) and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month. No refunds are provided once a billing cycle begins.
• Physical merchandise may only be returned or exchanged if defective, within 30 days of receipt.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive for continuous availability but may suspend or limit access for maintenance, upgrades, or uncontrollable circumstances. We may modify or remove content or features at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share or resell login access.
• Circumvent security, scrape, bulk-download, or misuse content.
• Upload viruses, malware, or unlawful content.
• Post defamatory, obscene, harassing, or illegal material.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for prohibited conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content, logos, designs, manuals, courses, and videos are owned by PCO or its licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

10. Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Pilates certification terms of service.

13. International Use & Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing our services. For EU/UK buyers, non-waivable statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU remain. By consenting to immediate access, you waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital content as permitted under consumer protection laws.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution First: Contact info@pilatescertificationonline.com before legal action. Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Rules (or JAMS if AAA unavailable), in Los Angeles County, California (or remotely if permitted). California law applies, except the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration enforceability. Fees follow consumer rules; the prevailing party may recover costs if permitted by law. Class-Action Waiver: Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative proceeding. Small Claims Option: Either party may use small claims court in Los Angeles County or your U.S. county of residence if permitted.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breaching these Pilates certification terms of service. Your obligation to pay outstanding balances survives termination. Sections on payments, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, arbitration, and governing law also survive.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Pilates certification terms of service periodically. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised terms.
