Pilates Chair Basic program introduces the Wunda and Big Chair, also known as the “Electric Chair,” into your Pilates training program with these fundamental exercises. Discover how efficiently the chairs work the entire body and can also isolate specific muscle groups. The chairs can become an excellent addition to your Pilates repertoire.
Learn all three levels of the chair, and you can complete workout routines simply by utilizing the chair.
