Pilates Cadillac Basic is a simple introduction to the Cadillac system, also called the “Therapy Table.” Created by Joseph Pilates, serving as a nurse during World War I. Joseph Pilates assisted wounded soldiers back from injuries utilizing springs attached to the shoulders beds for resistance-based therapy.
The Cadillac system exercises are excellent for beginners. Exercises for pre-beginners are modified for therapeutic programming. Workout routines are also accomplished on the Cadillac. Focus on core awareness and technique. Complete the Basic course and progress to the intermediate course needed to receive the “Cadillac Course Completion Certificate.”
