Pilates Barrels Basic
About Course
Pilates Barrels Basic allows one to modify and vary simple and complex Pilates exercises. They may be used alone to enhance a rehabilitation program, protect the spine during exercise, or offer a challenge as a variation of a movement or position. The Basic Barrel course will introduce the use of the barrels for pre-Pilates work and modifications of specific mat exercises, including the Small Arc, the Spine Corrector, and the Ladder Barrel, also known as the Big Barrel.
Go to our “Programs” tab and choose “Pilates Instructor Certification” for specific details.
