Who is Pilates?

Joseph Hubertus Pilates, known as Joe Pilates, founded the Pilates method, originally called "Contrology." Born in Germany in 1883, he developed his unique approach to fitness, focusing on the mind-body connection, core strength, flexibility, and breath control.
