Pilates Mat Basic is an introduction to Pilates exercise. It is the foundation of Pilates knowledge. Focus on the six key principles vital to Pilates work. Learn to perform or teach the traditional basic exercises individually and in sequence. Facilitate an elementary understanding of core awareness.

This introductory course is required to progress to the intermediate course needed to receive the Pilates Mat Completion Certificate.
