The best way to experience and determine how our course videos will play for you, is to watch the 90 second introduction video located on our “HOME PAGE” Be sure you can view our introductory video on the computer you plan to use to view our courses. If you have no trouble watching the video, your system should operate smoothly. If you have trouble, please read the information below.
Please be sure to have:
- A High Speed Internet Connection. Like YouTube, all of our videos will download best with a higher downstream bandwidth. Lower bandwidth will play, though may load slower. This is typical. You can test your downstream bandwidth at www.speedtest.net.
- A computer, MAC or PC, with Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Microsoft Windows Vista, Macintosh OS X or Linux that is updated with the current version of Adobe Flash Player. - A web browser that is updated. We recommend Safari 2.0 or above as your browser. Firefox 3.0 or above. Internet Explorer 6.0 or above. (Users of 64-bit Internet Explorer 7, please try a different browser)
Tip: If you wait until the entire video downloads, which is indicated when the play bar at the bottom of the video turns dark, you can watch it without hiccups or interruptions. Wireless connections may load more slowly than direct Internet connections. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies may also improve viewing quality. See FAQ’s for other video play information.
